We are looking for a Change Management Lead based in Madrid. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving the people and organizational side of major transformation programs across EMEA Manufacturing, with a strong focus on ERP implementation and operational transformation initiatives. The role will design, coordinate and execute the change management strategy to ensure effective adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working in plant and operational environments. Working in close collaboration with the Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE), the role will translate global change frameworks and methodologies into pragmatic, site‑level execution, ensuring consistency while adapting to local manufacturing realities. Acting as a strategic partner to Operations, IT and HR, the role will proactively assess organizational readiness, manage adoption risks, align plant leadership, and embed sustainable change that protects operational continuity while maximizing transformation value. On a typical day you will Lead change management execution for ERP and manufacturing transformation programs , ensuring plants and operational teams are ready, supported and capable of adopting new processes and systems without disrupting safety, quality or production performance. Partner closely with the Change Management CoE to apply common methodologies, tools and metrics, while tailoring change plans, interventions and sequencing to the specific needs of manufacturing and shop‑floor environments. Assess organizational and people impacts of transformations (roles, skills, behaviors, ways of working), identifying adoption risks and defining mitigation actions in collaboration with Operations, HR and site leadership. Enable and coach manufacturing leaders and plant management to act as change sponsors, reinforcing accountability, ownership and sustained adoption at site level. Track and measure change effectiveness and adoption through defined KPIs, feeding insights back to the CoE and program governance to continuously improve change execution across sites. What you will need to be successful Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Communications, or Project Management with a strong focus on transformation and employee engagement. Proven track record in leading HR-related aspects of complex projects with significant organizational impact. Deep understanding of manufacturing environments, including plant routines, operational dynamics, and employee sensitivities. Strong knowledge of European labor and union frameworks. Fluent in English and at least one additional EMEA language. Wide experience within OTIS or similar industrial environments, with demonstrated ability to navigate internal networks and influence across functions.
