Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Tech Scale-up (Industrial/Infrastructure Sector)Si está considerando enviar una solicitud, asegúrese de pulsar el botón de solicitar de abajo después de leer la descripción completa.An international technology company experiencing rapid growth and operating in the industrial space is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function during a key phase focused on profitability, scaling, and a potential exit in the short to mid-term.This is also a highly attractive opportunity for executives currently in transition, or those interested in taking on an interim or project-based role with significant impact.Role overviewAs a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will define and execute the company's financial strategy, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. The role will be instrumental in driving value creation, managing investor relationships, and preparing and executing potential corporate transactions.Key responsibilitiesDefine and lead the financial strategy aligned with growth and profitability objectives.Develop advanced financial models, scenario planning, and key business metrics to support decision-making.Lead financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting) and ensure high-quality reporting to management and investors.Implement and optimize financial processes, internal controls, and systems suitable for a scaling environment.Co-lead funding activities (equity and debt) and manage investor relations.Lead preparation and execution of corporate transactions (M&A, exit), including valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.Oversee cash management, financial risk, and funding structure.Build and lead a lean, high-performing finance team, coordinating with external advisors (audit, tax, etc.).Ensure regulatory compliance and strong corporate governance standards.Candidate profileProven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in high-growth environments (startup or scale-up), ideally with international exposure.Track record in fundraising and managing institutional investor relationships.Experience in M&A processes and/or exit transactions is highly valued.Strong expertise in financial planning, modelling, and business metrics.Hands-on mindset with the ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution.High credibility with investors, Board members, and key stakeholders.Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus). xcskxlj Fluency in English and Spanish required.
