We are looking for an executive leader to take full ownership of the commercial strategy for a world-class multinational in the Industrial / HVAC sector. This is a mission-critical role designed for someone who can translate high-level business objectives into market leadership and sustainable profitability.Key Responsibilities Define and implement the multi-channel commercial roadmap (B2B/B2C). Manage and scale a high-performing sales organization, fostering a performance-driven culture. Full responsibility for revenue, margins, and commercial execution. Coordinate with international HQ and local teams to align Go-to-Market initiatives.Requirements +10 years in senior commercial leadership roles within industrial or highly competitive B2B environments. Proven success managing large teams and complex distribution networks. Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities. Fluency inEnglishis mandatory for international reporting. Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
