**Job Title**Consortia Portfolio ManagerHospitality distribution is a complex and fragmented ecosystem with many players, where achieving the right market position is critical to commercial success. In this competitive environment, **Consortia** is one of the key strategic offerings by Amadeus that enables hotels to enhance their visibility, optimize their pricing, and access highly valuable corporate travelers.Consortia (or hotel consortia programs) are managed corporate travel programs operated by travel management companies (TMCs) and agency networks. These programs aggregate the buying power of numerous mid-sized companies and agencies to negotiate preferred hotel rates, amenities, and booking conditions. Hotels participate to gain **visibility, volume, and higher-yield corporate business**, while TMCs benefit from **standardized preferred content**, competitive rates within travel policies, streamlined GDS distribution, and incremental revenue opportunities.As **Consortia Portfolio Manager**, you will be responsible for defining and executing the **commercial strategy** for the consortia business, including establishing commercial models, developing pricing guidelines, and aligning sales targets with regional sales teams. You will lead program negotiations with TMCs, nurturing long-term partnerships and exploring opportunities for program expansion and new inventory acquisition.**Key Responsibilities****1. Commercial Strategy*** Define **pricing strategy**, commercial models, and sales goals in alignment with Sales and CSM teams.* Deploy actionable commercial strategies to meet revenue ambitions and agreed KPIs.* Train Sales teams on consortia products to support selling effectiveness.* Monitor performance against commercial targets and key metrics, ensuring proactive corrective actions when needed.**2. Customer & Partner Relationships*** Serve as the primary point of contact for **regional Sales, Account Management teams, TMCs, and Consortia partners**.* Represent Amadeus at major regional industry events, together with clients and Account Management teams, to reinforce preferred partnership value.* Maintain and evolve the **annual regional event calendar**, ensuring clients have clear visibility and access to key opportunities.**3.
