If you want to be part of a team that drives real change, we want to meet you. /p pConsultants are involved in the management and execution of a variety of projects, including market access, pricing, strategy, and commercial assignments for Pharma, Diagnostics, MedTech, and Digital Health Solutions (DHS) clients. /p pConsultants fully own assigned analyses and streams of work, develop and deliver components of the client engagement, and contribute to the success of each project. Specifically, they lead secondary and primary research activities, can sharply synthesize and organize information gathered, they lead advanced quantitative analyses and modelling activities, and they contribute to the elaboration of final recommendations. /p pWithin a project team, Consultants work closely and under the supervision of the Engagement Manager and/or Principal but are directly responsible for their assigned streams of work and manage 2-3 Associate Consultants and/or Analysts. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Execution (85%) /h3 ul liManage entire project streams (or simple projects), from planning to execution and delivery, with limited guidance from senior roles /li liManage the execution of a project stream (or a simple project), develop a plan to approach client’s needs, and leverage business experience and acumen in identifying strategies and project approach to client questions with limited guidance from senior roles /li liPerform quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables /li liUnderstands and anticipates potential issues and/or challenges deriving from the initial ‘problem’ and able to communicate this effectively to the project team and senior roles /li liCoordinate the creation of sections and/or entire reports, presentations, workshops and other client deliverables /li liEnsure the high quality and accuracy of deliverables /li liPresent assigned sections of the deliverables with limited support from senior consultants /li liDevelop an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and a broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies through the delivery of consulting engagement and participation in formal and informal training programs /li /ul h3Business Development Corporate Initiatives (15%) /h3 ul liSupport the Business Development process from lead discovery to proposal defense as part of the execution team /li liParticipate in corporate development by contributing to internal strategic projects, recruiting, knowledge management, technology systems, and related functions /li liManage and coordinate Associates and/or Analysts and act as their point of reference for daily activities and training among others /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liGraduate degree with an excellent track record in either Life Sciences related, Business, Economics, or Engineering programs. PhD or MBA are considered a plus /li li3+ year of professional experience in management consulting, private equity, health technology assessment (HTA) agencies, or pharmaceutical industry /li liDemonstrated experience in managing small teams of 2-3 people /li /ul h3Technical Competences Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges /li liKnowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques /li liAdvanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and high level of attention to detail /li liExcellent business English, both written and verbal. Additional language is considered a plus /li liExcellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills.
