Experteer Overview
As a Contract Manager in Madrid, you will oversee the full contractual lifecycle for complex space programmes, aligning execution with contract terms. You will support the Legal team on analyses, risks, and obligations while ensuring traceability across planning, subcontracts, and delivery. You will liaise with cross-functional and international partners to manage amendments, claims, and regulatory compliance. This role offers meaningful impact across Europe’s space initiatives and growth of Indra Space. In this hybrid position, you’ll shape contracts that enable cutting-edge space systems.

• Manage the full contractual lifecycle of complex space programmes
• Support the Legal team in contract analysis, obligations, milestones, and risks
• Ensure contractual traceability across planning, subcontracting, and execution
• Monitor contractual status and propose mitigations for deviations
• Provide contractual support for tenders and opportunities ensuring regulatory compliance
• Support Programme Managers in negotiations, contract drafting, and risk-based decisions
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement and international partners
• Manage amendments, scope changes, pricing and schedule adjustments
• Identify, evaluate and manage contractual risks including delays and claims
• Support preparation and management of claims and negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and export control or cybersecurity requirements
• Maintain contractual documentation and capture lessons learned across programmes
Responsabilidades
• Law Degree is required
• Minimum 4 years in contract management in an international environment or similar
• Experience in complex programmes within industrial, defence, space, or similar sectors
• Strong knowledge of contractual processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international environments
• Availability for hybrid work in Madrid
