Experteer OverviewIn this role you will provide contractual expertise across a European footprint, aligning BU Transformers’ strategy with standard tools, processes, and templates. You will support sales risk reviews, negotiate and finalize agreements, and protect Hitachi Energy’s contractual interests throughout project lifecycles. You will also drive change management in contract portfolios and assist Project Management with risk mitigation. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale, cross-functional projects within a global energy-transition context.Compensaciones / BeneficiosProvide contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution, and administration.Collaborate with HUB Transformers Contract Management to standardize tools, processes, and templates.Support sales during risk reviews by drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with local legal support when needed.Identify contract baselines and flag areas of potential risk.Defend Hitachi Energy’s contractual interests throughout a project lifecycle, including changes and deviations and handling claims.Ensure timely execution of commercial aspects (payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guarantees).Establish and enforce standard change methodologies to quantify time and compensation due and communicate changes to customers.Support Project Management during execution to implement risk mitigation and opportunity plans.ResponsabilidadesLaw Degree or related field Master qualification.5 years of contract management experience from tendering to execution or related field.Strong understanding of contract law and region-specific regulations.Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.Fluent in English and Spanish (native level preferred).Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel as per business needs.Requisitos principalescompetitive compensationversátil, hybrid, or remote working optionsinternational opportunitiestraining and professional developmentinclusive and collaborative cultureinternational environment
