ph3Contract Manager – Overview /h3pGreenvolt Power Spain seeks a Contract Manager responsible for negotiating, executing, and managing contracts related to market representation, spot market sales, PPAs, CfDs, and GO trading. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDraft, review, and manage RfP for market representation contracts, support PPAs negotiations, tolling agreements, and hedging contracts. /liliEnsure contracts align with company objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements. /liliEnsure all contracts are onboarded in the ETRM tool and archived properly. /liliCollaborate with legal, finance, and trading teams to incorporate appropriate terms and conditions into agreements. /liliManage the lifecycle of energy contracts from inception to expiration or renewal. /liliMaintain accurate records of contract terms, performance milestones, and obligations. /liliMonitor compliance with contract terms and raise potential breaches or disputes. /liliIdentify and mitigate risks associated with energy contracts such as price volatility, credit risk, and regulatory changes. /liliDevelop contingency plans for contract disputes or force majeure events. /liliWork closely with risk management teams to align contracts with hedging strategies. /liliStay updated on market and regulatory developments relevant to energy contracting. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
