We are Applus+ Laboratories, the division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing, certification, and product development engineering services.Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta oportunidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación.In the CYBERSECURITY Laboratory, we are accredited to perform a wide range of security evaluations for payment schemes, identification, and IT security.We are looking for a Cybersecurity Team Lead to join our team in a hybrid technical and leadership role, combining hands-on cybersecurity evaluations with team coordination responsibilities.The role will primarily focus on participating in a wide variety of technical projects ranging from assessments following established methodologies and guidelines to custom ad-hoc engagements and internal R&D initiatives focused on new attack techniques, tools, and automation while also supporting team coordination.Essential job responsibilitiesAcquire knowledge of key customer's technological solutionsEnsure that evaluators' work queues are consistently populated with well-defined, prioritized tasks aligned with project goals.Assign tasks based on evaluators' experience and capabilities.Track technical progress and address roadblocks or issues that arise.Cultivating a positive team culture, fostering cooperation, proactivity, transparency, communication, and support.Promoting team autonomy in executing various cybersecurity project types, ensuring adaptability to changes and challenges.Implementing tailored career development plans for individual team growth and long-term company relationships.Monitor compliance with the project schedule and budgetGain understanding of cybersecurity requirements for products and customer facilitiesCarry out security evaluations in different frameworks, such as LINCE, Common Criteria and SESIP, among others.Perform ad-hoc evaluations, subject to customer constraints and needs.Work with technology vendors to help meet security certification requirementsIdentify and resolve challenges to ensure certification project successWrite technical reports and communicate effectively with customers, testing laboratories, and other stakeholdersTo be considered, candidates must possessEducation: Technical background such as Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent degree.2+ years of experience in cybersecurity.Leadership experience is preferred; candidates with a strong interest in leading projects, mentoring teammates, or taking ownership of technical initiatives are also encouraged to apply.Technical and Personal Skills:Coding experience with Python / C / C++Documentary experience with GitLanguages: Spanish and English (at least B2)Strong analytical and communication skillsSelf-starter with a passion for professional growthPassion for technology and cybersecurityOur current stack and tools:Programming Language, Python, C/ C++GitHacking Tools, Kali ToolsuiteOperative Systems, UNIX Based OSNetworks, Network basis (protocols and technical aspects), usage of network tools like wiresharkBenefitsPermanent contract.Full-time position.Cybersecurity training23 vacation days and 3 personal days.Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transportation, childcare, meal vouchers).Employee parking.Are you passionate about cybersecurity?
