In this role you own the end-to-end data quality for our Data Factory, building a global quality framework across production teams. You design and run a transparent quality system that measures, monitors, cleanses, and automates data quality. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you guide the Data Quality team and collaborate with IT, data, and production teams to ensure reliable, usable data at scale. This position offers the chance to shape data standards for a global business and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Own end-to-end data quality for the Data Factory framework, KPIs, tools, and reporting• Design and operate a global data quality management system with measurement, monitoring, cleansing, and automation• Lead the Data Quality team with strategy, priorities, and continuous improvement• Ensure transparency and consistency of enterprise data from source to error detection• Coordinate with production teams and Product Owners to align globallyResponsabilidades• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable qualification• Proven experience in data quality management and quality strategy in production environments• Strong command of quality frameworks and methods (ISO xcskxlj 9001, PDCA, data profiling, data quality metrics)• Experience as a subject-matter expert in cross-functional, international projects• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders• Hands-on experience with (or comparable tools) for task tracking• Proficiency in English (B2+) with German highly advantageous• Willingness to travel ~20% internationallyRequisitos principales•
