Job Description This is a mobilization and transformation role, focused on making foundational sustainability measurable, actionable, and real, especially across the company´s sourcing and operations footprint. All initiatives need to be aligned and validated with the businesses, trying to maximize shared value creation.The role will have 3 direct reports: a data analyst, a factories transition manager, and an environmental manager. Define the vision and ambition of the Group´s foundational elements. Co-own the execution (together with group and businesses' teams) roadmap and act as the group PMO for the Company´s group-wide foundational KPIs across six core areas (., GHG, packaging, sourcing, water, waste, nature). Develop and support the execution of a thorough supplier engagement program (where most of our impact lies). Monitor external benchmarks, standards and best practices to inform strategy and execution. Coordinate with sustainability data providers and external partners.
