Environmental Managing Consultant – Iberia (Madrid or Barcelona)Por favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.Location: Madrid or Barcelona, IberiaKey ResponsibilitiesProject management of complex projects – local and internationalDevelop and manage Environmental & Social Impact Assessment studies/projectsManage relationship with authorities, clients and contractorsManage environmental and/or social critical aspects to ensure compliance with all applicable regulation with major emphasis on: IPPC Decree, EIA decrees, permittingDefine, coordinate and implement environmental monitoring planIdentify and develop new project opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals and cost estimates, and maintain client relationshipsAbility and flexibility to work across a range of services and sectors including: oil & gas, power (including renewables) and manufacturingProvide compliance assurance of impact assessment studies with applicable local legal and institutional requirements (IFC, EBRD, etc.) and international experience in project financeQualifications & ExperienceA master’s degree in environmental engineering (i.e. Ecology), Environmental Sciences or similarExtended years of experience as Environmental Consultant in a Consultancy FirmPrevious experience as Project ManagerProficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
