The successful candidate will report to the Senior Finance Manager and play a key role in monitoring and analyzing the company’s financial performance. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3h3Accounting and Control /h3ulliSupport and oversee the accounting activities of Giunti Psychometrics, ensuring the correct recording of costs and revenues. /liliPrepare and record adjustment entries, accruals, and verify compliance with accounting dimensions (cost centers and business lines). /li /ulh3Closures and Analysis /h3ulliPrepare monthly closures. /liliAnalyze margins and variances compared to the budget. /li /ulh3Reporting and Business Support /h3ulliAnalyze revenues and prepare sales reports for management. /liliSupport the commercial department in calculating bonuses and analyzing sales by business line, client segment, and product. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Finance or Accounting. /liliAt least 5 years of experience as an accountant/controller. /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial data management. /liliKnowledge of ERP Business Central is a plus. /liliProficiency in English. /liliItalian language skills are desirable. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliInternational and stimulating work environment. /liliProfessional growth opportunities and involvement in strategic projects. /liliThe chance to actively contribute to the management and improvement of the company’s financial processes. /liliThe salary range for this position is between €35,000 and €40,000 gross per year. /li /ulpGiunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
