Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer – Barcelona Up to €60000 + Package I’m looking for a Genesys Cloud SME / Engineer to join a leading European financial services organisation. This hybrid role, based in Barcelona, will see you driving innovation across global contact center operations. As the Genesys Cloud Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and optimise Genesys solutions, working closely with international stakeholders to enhance contact centre performance and deliver next-level customer experiences Your day-to-day as a Genesys Engineer will involve: Design, implement, and manage Genesys Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with standards and best practices. Partner with our Genesys Cloud support provider to deliver seamless, business-focused solutions. Support operational functions, including change, incident, and problem management for the Genesys Cloud platform. Work with IT stakeholders on integrations, governance, and architecture/design for Genesys tools. Act as a technical escalation point and share expertise to enhance Genesys Cloud adoption globally. To secure this Genesys Cloud role, you will have: Experience with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions, including Architect, workforce management, digital channels, analytics, and AI. Genesys Certified Professional Proven experience designing and implementing contact center solutions with Genesys tools and workflows. Experience with JSON, RegEx, RESTful APIs, and dynamic workflows. Good English language skills Why this Genesys role is special. Flexible work model with up to 25 days abroad per year.
