Genesys Cloud Contact Center SME Hybrid Barcelona Up to €65,000 + Package I’m working with a leading European financial services organisation looking to bring in a hands-on Genesys Cloud Developer / SME to support and evolve their global contact centre platform. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona ( 1 day a week), where you’ll be working across a large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud environment, focused on building, improving, and integrating solutions that directly impact customer experience. This isn’t just oversight they need someone who can get into the detail, build, configure, and troubleshoot, while still engaging with stakeholders across the business. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be designing and developing Genesys Cloud solutions end-to-end, with a strong focus on Architect flows, routing logic, and scalable workflows. Day to day, you’ll be hands-on across configuration, enhancements, and integrations, working closely with internal IT teams and a third-party Genesys partner. You’ll also play a key role in improving platform performance, supporting live environments (incident, problem, change), and acting as a technical escalation point when things get complex. There’s a strong integration piece as well working with APIs, JSON, and external systems to ensure the contact centre is fully connected into the wider tech landscape. What they’re looking for: Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (not just admin/support) Solid experience with Architect flows, routing, and campaign configuration Exposure to digital channels, WEM, analytics or AI within Genesys Experience working with APIs, REST, JSON, regex Proven background building and improving contact centre workflows Comfortable working in a live production environment Nice to have: Genesys Cloud certifications (GCP) Experience in enterprise / multi-country environments Why this Genesys role: You’ll be joining a business where Genesys is central to their global customer operation, not just a side platform.
