Lead and elevate theQuality functionwithin the plant
Ensure compliance withIATF 16949 and customer requirements
Act as a key interface with customers, managingquality issues and escalations
Identify risks and drive improvements acrossproduct, processes, and equipment
Strengthen core quality tools ( FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA )
Boostprocess capability and operational excellence
Lead change, bringing structure, clarity, and resultsWhat we are looking for
Proven experience asQuality Manager in automotive manufacturing
Strong expertise inIATF 16949 and core quality tools
Results-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
Ability to operate infast-paced or transformation environments
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
