We are looking for a Growth Lead to join and work directly with founders. You will be responsible for owning growth end-to-end, with a focus on activating users who stick, ship, and pay. This role is crucial for scaling Katalist in an exploding AI Video market , leveraging our traction, funding, and industry experience to build great products. Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience Proven track record scaling a self-serve / PLG product from roughly $500k to $5–10M ARR (or a clearly comparable step-change). Experience working in early-stage startups or scale-ups Strong understanding of activation, retention, lifecycle (cohorts, funnels, onboarding, winback). Ability to work with limited structure and incomplete data. Deep comfort in community-driven growth for creators/tools (you've built a system, not just "posted content"). You ship fast, measure cleanly, and can show proof of work (dashboards, experiments, content engines). Experience with Creative tools / GenAI / creator economy is a plus. Experience with pricing/packaging experiments is a plus. Experience with scrappy automation (Notion/Airtable + Zapier/Make; basic scripting is a plus). Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. Experience with at least some of the following: * Email outreach or lifecycle messaging * Community building (Discord, Slack, creator communities) * Creator or influencer outreach * Partnerships or growth experiments Potential benefits: Work directly with founders.
