Immunology Alliance Franchise Medical Head Iberia Location: Barcelona, Madrid Responsibilities Provide medical/scientific support for KOL management, market access aspects, clinical development, life cycle management and commercial activities. Drive professional relationships with carefully selected ME, decision makers and health‑care organizations. Collect insights from both internal and external customers (KOLs, Scientific Societies, Patient Associations, Payers, etc.) to understand unmet medical needs and identify relevant data gaps and evidence opportunities for the current product portfolio. Design and execute projects for data generation to support the development of new products and/or indications, close data gaps in existing knowledge, and support continuous market access and benefit/risk analysis. Ensure integration of clinical plan and marketing needs into regulatory and market access planning. Develop medical insights that translate into the most appropriate use of the company’s medicines and devices for the benefit of patients. Enhance patient‑centric approach integration in each product/device/service. Proactively identify and manage medical risks (Benefit/Risk, RMPs). Ensure implementation of ethics, transparency, quality and compliance of medical activities within the assigned therapeutic area. People Leadership Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members. Identify and address capability gaps in the team, focusing on influencing and negotiation skills, stakeholder management, healthcare policy knowledge, and evolving ways of working. Foster a high‑performance team culture aligned with Sanofi's values: Aim Higher, Act for Patients, Be Bold, and Lead Together. Manage team workload effectively, ensuring sustainable performance in a high‑demands environment. About You Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs; strong background in managing teams; experience in launch excellence processes within a multinational pharmaceutical company; background or exposure to rare diseases, immunology, oncology, or neurology therapeutic areas; experience working in amatrix organization with multiple GBUs and cross‑functional stakeholders; demonstrated ability tobuild high‑performing, engaged groups. Technical and Soft Skills: Strong business acumen to create compelling and effective Medical strategies; ability to understand and communicate clinical studies; excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and networking skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize actions; ability to engage with key external stakeholders and build long‑term partnerships; ability to embrace innovation and analyze emerging trends to incorporate them into MCO Medical Plans. Education: University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MSc, MBA, Ph D) strongly preferred. Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Compensation Salary range: €100,000.00 – €133,333.00. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs.
