Job Description A well-established regulated Forex brokerage with offices worldwide is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Retention Team Leader to join and help grow the LATAM desk in our Argentina office . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retention professional from the online trading industry who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role while working within a regulated environment . Relocation assistance is available for suitable candidates. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Spanish-speaking Retention Agents Drive client retention, deposit growth, and trading activity Monitor team KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to team members Handle VIP clients and escalated cases Work closely with sales, dealing, and risk teams Implement and improve retention strategies and campaigns Analyze client behaviour and trading activity to improve retention Ensure all activities comply with the company's regulated framework Prepare performance reports and management updates Requirements Fluent Spanish (native level) and strong English 3+ years experience in the Forex / CFD / Online Trading industry Previous experience as a Retention Team Leader or Senior Retention Agent Strong leadership and team management skills Experience working within a regulated brokerage Strong understanding of client retention strategies Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms (MT4 / MT5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment Willingness to relocate to Argentina Relocation package to Argentina Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Opportunity to join a large international Forex group Career development within a fast-growing LATAM operation Modern office environment and strong management support #J-18808-Ljbffr
