Above all, we are focused on delivering first class projects, executed efficiently, without compromising on safety or quality. /em /ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppAs part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our teams in Spain by hiring a strongMechanical Lead /strong to support the delivery of Data Centre and mission critical projects in Madrid. /ppThe role will play a key part in the execution and coordination of mechanical works onsite, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery across fast-paced and technically demanding environments. /ppWe are looking for a hands-on profile with strong site presence, subcontractor management capability and experience coordinating mechanical packages within mission critical environments. /ppbr/ppstrongThe position is heavily focused on: /strong /pulliHVAC systems delivery and coordination; /liliChilled Water systems installation and management; /liliCRAH/CRAC units installation and commissioning; /liliMechanical pipework systems; /lilionsite execution and coordination; /lilisubcontractor management; /liliclient coordination and reporting; /liliand support during commissioning of critical mechanical systems. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongSite Execution Coordination /strong /pulliCoordinate and supervise mechanical installations on Data Centre projects /liliManage subcontractors and daily site activities /liliEnsure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements /liliMaintain strong onsite operational oversight throughout project delivery /liliCoordinate with client teams, consultants and internal stakeholders /li /ulpstrongTechnical Operational Management /strong /pulliMonitor progress, quality and compliance across mechanical packages /liliSupport planning, sequencing and execution activities /liliIdentify and resolve technical and operational issues onsite /liliCoordinate mechanical works within critical environments without disruption to project milestones /liliEnsure alignment between onsite execution, technical documentation and client requirements /li /ulpstrongCommissioning Critical Syste /strongms /pulliSupport commissioning activities, functional testing and system validation of HVAC, Chilled Water and CRAH/CRAC systems /liliAssist during commissioning phases (L2-L5 experience desirable) /liliSupport integrated systems testing and critical project sequences /liliCoordinate activities associated with: /liliHVAC Systems /liliChilled Water Systems /liliCRAH CRAC Units /liliMechanical Pipework Systems /liliBuilding Management Systems (BMS) /liliVentilation Systems /liliAuxiliary Mechanical Systems /li /ulpstrongReporting Project Coordination /strong /pulliParticipate in technical and coordination meetings /liliSupport technical reporting and documentation management /liliTrack punch lists, snags and close-out activities /liliCoordinate multiple subcontractors and MEP disciplines within fast-track environments /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliPrevious experience within Data Centre, mission critical or large-scale industrial projects /liliStrong background in mechanical site execution, HVAC systems, Chilled Water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, pipework installations, subcontractor coordination and commissioning support /liliExperience supporting commissioning activities within Data Centre or mission critical environments /liliGood understanding of HVAC and cooling infrastructure associated with critical facilities /liliStrong understanding of site operations and fast-paced construction delivery /liliGood coordination, communication and problem-solving skills /liliClient-facing experience /liliFluent Spanish and English suitable for an international environment /li /ulpbr/ppemOur projects combine innovation, technology, sustainability and construction excellence.
