Above all, we are focused on delivering first class projects, executed efficiently, without compromising on safety or quality.About the RoleAs part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our teams in Spain by hiring a Mechanical Lead to support the delivery of Data Centre and mission critical projects in Madrid.The role will play a key part in the execution and coordination of mechanical works onsite, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery across fast-paced and technically demanding environments.We are looking for a hands-on profile with strong site presence, subcontractor management capability and experience coordinating mechanical packages within mission critical environments.The position is heavily focused on:HVAC systems delivery and coordination;Chilled Water systems installation and management;CRAH/CRAC units installation and commissioning;Mechanical pipework systems;onsite execution and coordination;subcontractor management;client coordination and reporting;and support during commissioning of critical mechanical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & CoordinationCoordinate and supervise mechanical installations on Data Centre projectsManage subcontractors and daily site activitiesEnsure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirementsMaintain strong onsite operational oversight throughout project deliveryCoordinate with client teams, consultants and internal stakeholdersTechnical & Operational ManagementMonitor progress, quality and compliance across mechanical packagesSupport planning, sequencing and execution activitiesIdentify and resolve technical and operational issues onsiteCoordinate mechanical works within critical environments without disruption to project milestonesEnsure alignment between onsite execution, technical documentation and client requirementsCommissioning & Critical SystemsSupport commissioning activities, functional testing and system validation of HVAC, Chilled Water and CRAH/CRAC systemsAssist during commissioning phases (L2-L5 experience desirable)Support integrated systems testing and critical project sequencesCoordinate activities associated with:HVAC SystemsChilled Water SystemsCRAH & CRAC UnitsMechanical Pipework SystemsBuilding Management Systems (BMS)Ventilation SystemsAuxiliary Mechanical SystemsReporting & Project CoordinationParticipate in technical and coordination meetingsSupport technical reporting and documentation managementTrack punch lists, snags and close-out activitiesCoordinate multiple subcontractors and MEP disciplines within fast-track environmentsRequirementsPrevious experience within Data Centre, mission critical or large-scale industrial projectsStrong background in mechanical site execution, HVAC systems, Chilled Water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, pipework installations, subcontractor coordination and commissioning supportExperience supporting commissioning activities within Data Centre or mission critical environmentsGood understanding of HVAC and cooling infrastructure associated with critical facilitiesStrong understanding of site operations and fast-paced construction deliveryGood coordination, communication and problem-solving skillsClient-facing experienceFluent Spanish and English suitable for an international environmentOur projects combine innovation, technology, sustainability and construction excellence.
