Experteer Overview Lead the global platform engineering effort at Docplanner to enable AI-native infrastructure at real scale. You will shape the technical direction, drive major architectural shifts, and champion simplicity and reliability across multi-region deployments. You’ll enable product teams to move fast while keeping platform maintainable and compliant. - Lead the global platform team and set technical direction for build, deployment, and operations
- Drive AI-native engineering as foundational, not an add-on
- Manage major architectural transitions (monorepo, cloud-native, multi-region) while preserving speed
- Improve developer productivity through tooling, CI/CD, observability, and platform as a product
- Partner with product and experience teams to accelerate delivery and avoid bottlenecks
- Ensure reliability targets (99.9%+ uptime) and compliance across regions
- Operate across multiple regions and markets with attention to data residency and localizationResponsabilidades
- Led platform engineering at high-traffic scale (100M+ sessions, multi-region)
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and developer experience
- Shipped AI/ML in production and understood safe, scalable deployment
- Ability to drive architectural transitions without slowing teams or burning people out
- Proven track record building and retaining engineering talent
