We are seeking a Business Analyst to support digital transformation across manufacturing operations, quality, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and maintenance functions. This role will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions across shop-floor (OT) and enterprise (IT) systems, enabling improved operational efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLa información a continuación detalla los requisitos del puesto, la experiencia esperada del candidato y las cualificaciones correspondientes.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across manufacturing, quality, EHS, and maintenance domainsMap and optimize business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) for production, asset management, and safety workflowsSupport implementation and integration of:Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES / MES-lite)SCADA and shop-floor connectivity solutionsLabeling, traceability, and production systemsEnable IT/OT integration between factory systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, analytics tools)Develop and track key operational metrics, including:OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)Throughput and production efficiencyDowntime and maintenance performanceQuality and safety trendsCollaborate with vendors and system integrators to deliver solutions aligned with business needsSupport system testing, validation, and deployment activities (including UAT)Ensure compliance with validation, documentation, and change management standards Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial environmentsStrong skills in:Requirements gathering and documentationProcess mapping and workflow designStakeholder management and communicationUnderstanding of:Manufacturing processes and production environmentsMES, SCADA, and/or ERP systemsExperience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience with manufacturing and industrial systems such as:MES platforms (e.g., Sepasoft, Redzone, Dozuki)SCADA systems (e.g., Ignition, Rockwell Automation)ERP / EAM systems (e.g., Oracle EBS)Familiarity with:Maintenance and asset management processesQuality xcskxlj and EHS systemsLabeling and traceability platformsKnowledge of system validation and regulated environmentsExposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Databricks) Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to translate technical concepts into business languageEffective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendorsAttention to detail and documentation rigor Success in This RoleDeliver well-defined, scalable system solutions aligned with manufacturing needsImprove operational visibility and performance through data insightsEnable seamless integration between shop-floor and enterprise systemsEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and validation standards
