This is asenior regional rolewith responsibility forpeople operations service delivery, process enablement, compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix environment.The position combinesstrategic ownershipwithhands‑on operational leadership, and is ideal for someone experienced inHR Operations, shared services, and multi‑country delivery models.The Regional People Operations Manager is responsible for leading and enabling people service delivery across multiple countries, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality employee support. The role drives regional standardization, process improvement, and change initiatives while leading a geographically dispersed team and partnering closely with global and cross‑functional stakeholders in a complex, international environment.Own and driveregional people service delivery, ensuring consistent, high‑quality employee support across markets
Monitor service performance, analyze issues, and drive resolution and service progressionProcess governance & compliance
Contribute toglobal process designand provide regional input to ensure alignment with local legal and regulatory requirements
Partner closely with global process owners to support compliant and scalable solutions
Own theregional employment compliance agenda, supporting country and regional initiatives where requiredKnowledge management & self‑service
Oversee regional ownership ofHR knowledge content, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and usability
Promote employee self‑service adoption and effective use of HR portals and toolsChange, transformation & projects
Lead and embedregional, global, and country‑level initiativeswithin people operations
Drive effective change management across regional operations, ensuring adoption and sustainability
Contribute to regional and global continuous improvement agendas, including process streamlining and optimizationLeadership & stakeholder management5+ years’ experiencein HR Operations, People Operations, Shared Services, or outsourced service environments
~ Proven experience leadingregional or multi‑country teams, including remote leadership
~ Strong background inservice delivery management, process design, and operational governance
~ Strong knowledge ofemployment and labour law principles, compensation administration, and HR operations end‑to‑end
Hands‑on experience withHR systems and service platforms(Workday, ServiceNow wou;Experience withprocess improvement methodologies, project management, and change management
Strongdata analysis and reportingcapability to inform decisions and improvementsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
