Experteer Overview
You lead regional Endoscopy sales across Spain from Madrid, steering strategic plans to grow market share and profitability. You’ll manage a cross-functional team, build key account relationships, and execute initiatives that align with regional strategies and Medtronic’s mission to improve patient care. This role challenges you to balance strategic development with hands-on leadership in a competitive market. You help shape access to advanced endoscopy solutions and contribute to a more connected, equitable healthcare landscape.

• Plan and direct regional sales activities to hit targets
• Develop and implement strategies for existing and prospective accounts
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations to execute the regional strategy
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Identify growth opportunities and develop new programs to increase market share
• Evaluate and implement sales programs, conduct competitive analyses, adjust strategies
• Coach and develop sales reps on product knowledge, marketing campaigns, and selling techniques
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or other relevant advanced degree
• At least 10 years in the medical industry with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Proven clinical selling techniques and track record of success
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Advanced negotiation skills and strong strategic thinking
• Strong leadership and effective communication
• Ability to perform in highly competitive markets
