Who is IVICUO?
We are a Revenue Operations Consulting company whose main role is to connect the Go-To-Market Strategy with the Business and revenue results. We plan, implement and optimize processes related to:
- CRM and Revenue Operations: designing and maintaining scalable CRM architectures that support Marketing, Sales and Revenue teams.
- Marketing Automation: with Pardot, HubSpot as the main tools and Salesforce as the CRM to connect with.
- Revenue Data & Reporting: connecting all the tools used in the GTM stack and ensuring the continuous tracking of the full Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
We are not an agency, and it's not our goal to become one. Our clients are key European Scaleups, we are part of their teams, and we have a premium dedication to each of them.
Job Description:
Your work for our customers will consist of:
- Supporting the implementation of CRM, Marketing Automation Tools, and GTM processes, always based on guidelines provided by senior consultants.
- Quality assurance during the testing and release phase of the Revenue Operation processes.
- Implementation & Optimisation of lead qualification systems, ensuring proper alignment between Marketing and Sales.
- Lead and Account flow management & analysis
- Marketing Automation and CRM synchronisation Quality Assuranc: Identifying potential errors and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Helping to build the end-to-end-end customer journey by combining and tracking all the relevant channels used by the client
What else will you be doing in IVICUO?:
- Customer Requests Management
- Knowledge Management: Supporting the documentation of key processes of the consulting team.
- Internal Tools Management to ensure the increase of productivity of the consulting team.

- Fluency in English is a must.
- Must live in Spain.
- 1 or 2 years of experience working with a Marketing Automation tool (Pardot, HubSpot, Active Campaign, Keap, Salesforce, or other)
- Full Marketing automation rule (workflows, automations, CRM Management) will be a plus.
- Data & Reporting experience.
- Proactive & with initiative.
- Tech lover (like to work with different tools) & process mindset.
