ppKardem is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Fashion Designer to join our growing team at our Barcelona location. /p pIf you have a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for innovation in fashion design—along with the ability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPreferably a university degree in Design, /li li4–6 years of experience in the textile industry, /li liAdvanced written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus, /li liStrong knowledge of silhouettes, fabric types, color/pattern usage, graphics, embellishment placements, and accessories, /li liAble to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment; flexible and capable of working under pressure, /li liExperience working with supplier companies in the fashion design field is preferred, /li liNo travel restrictions, /li liProficient in Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of PLM, SAP, or similar systems is a plus). /li liCurrently residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate. /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 ul liConduct trend research by visiting stores, browsing websites, and following fashion shows to generate new ideas and analyze upcoming trends, /li liUnderstand and anticipate customer needs, implement processes to exceed expectations, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations, /li liWork with a commercial and strategic mindset, collaborate with product managers to build and strengthen client relationships, and continuously improve processes to ensure faster and more agile deliveries. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
