ppWe’re looking for a bSenior Product Designer /b who enjoys solving real problems through clear, user-friendly design. In this role, you’ll own the design process from concept to delivery, helping transform complex requirements into intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms. /p pYou’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and other Designers to create products that balance user needs, business goals, and technical requirements. Your mission will be to make complex things simple, accessible, and enjoyable to use. /p h3PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. /li liLead the full design process, from discovery and ideation to final delivery and ongoing improvements. /li liCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products. /li liTranslate complex requirements into simple, scalable, and user-centered solutions. /li liWork closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently. /li liContribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system across multiple platforms. /li liApply UX best practices and accessibility principles to deliver high-quality user experiences. /li liParticipate in design reviews, share feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality within the team. /li liBalance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE SKILLS /h3 ul li6+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android). /li liExperience owning projects throughout the entire design lifecycle, from concept to delivery. /li liExperience working within large cross-functional teams and complex product environments. /li liStrong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design skills, and problem-solving capabilities. /li liSolid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility fundamentals. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, design systems, and prototyping. /li liExperience collaborating closely with engineering teams and supporting implementation. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /li /ul h3PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liExperience designing fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other financial products. /li liExperience working with design systems at scale. /li liKnowledge of mobile platform requirements, app store guidelines, and native mobile patterns. /li liAdvanced English level. /li liSpanish and/or Russian are a plus. /li /ul h3BENEFITS /h3 ul liPrivate health and dental insurance /li liFreedom to work from home two days a week /li liKitchen with free coffee and fruit each Monday, Wednesday and Friday and snacks /li liTeam building activities and work in an international and passionate environment /li /ul pDon’t miss the opportunity to be part of a company that values innovation and talent! /p pJoin us and take your career to the next level /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
