Experteer Overview As Senior Product Designer at OLX, you shape design strategy across product squads and elevate craft with scalable systems. You’ll work at the intersection of design, code, and AI tooling to prototype in-market experiences and drive measurable impact. You’ll mentor peers, raise design quality, and align design with business outcomes. - Lead design strategy across one or more product squads, translating business goals and user needs into a coherent direction that guides roadmaps.
- Utilize AI-native workflows to connect strategy with production, prototyping directly in code using AI tools.
- Define and maintain high craft standards with reusable patterns and scalable components for the design system (Nexus).
- Mentor designers through critique and feedback, fostering autonomous, growth-oriented work with AI-native tools.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on experience strategy, metrics, and feasibility.
- Conduct user research and experiments to validate decisions, iterating rapidly with bias toward shipping.
- Lead design reviews and cross-functional discussions to build alignment and influence decisions.
- Identify gaps and propose new approaches across design systems, AI patterns, or cross-domain initiatives.Responsabilidades
- Proven UX / Digital Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showing shipped work and measurable impact.
- Expertise in AI-native design using tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, etc.
- Experience contributing to design systems, including code components, and collaborating with engineering.
- Track record mentoring designers and creating psychologically safe environments for growth.
- Strong product and business thinking with defined success metrics and outcomes.
