Powered by tech and driven by data, we help companies automate HR processes, ensure compliance, and provide workforce insights.With 50+ offices worldwide, BIPO combines global compliance, local HR expertise, and scalable technology to manage the entire employee lifecycle for global and remote teams.Role Descriptions:We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Consultant to manage and deliver Germany Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Payroll Outsourcing (GPO) services. This role is highly client-facing and requires strong operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment.The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring compliant, timely, and high-quality payroll and employment services while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Operations• Manage end-to-end EOR and GPO service delivery, including payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle administration in EU.• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with labour law, tax, and social security regulations in EU.• Coordinate with internal payroll, HR, finance, and external vendors (e.g. tax advisors, authorities).• Proactively identify and resolve payroll, compliance, and operational issues before they escalate.Client Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.• Provide clear, confident guidance to clients on Germany employment, payroll, and compliance matters.• Manage client expectations effectively, especially in complex or high-pressure situations.• Support client onboarding, transitions, and ongoing service improvements.Compliance & Risk Management• Monitor changes in various EU employment, payroll, and social security regulations and assess impact to clients.• Ensure documentation, controls, and processes meet internal governance and audit standards.• Escalate risks, non-compliance, or exceptions in a timely and structured manner.Performance in a Competitive Market• Deliver consistent, high-quality service while managing multiple clients and tight deadlines.• Demonstrate commercial awareness, balancing service excellence with cost efficiency.• Contribute to process improvements, standardisation, and scalability of Germany services.Required Experience & Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in EOR, or GPO service delivery.• Strong practical knowledge of any EU countries’ payroll, labour law, social security, and statutory filings.• Prior experience in a client-facing role, managing international or multinational clients.• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.• Experience working in a regional or global payroll / HR services provider is highly preferred.Skills & Competencies• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.• Strong attention to detail with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.• Ability to handle pressure, competing priorities, and critical payroll timelines.• Commercially aware and cost-conscious while maintaining service quality.• Fluent in English , Chinese and any foreign language skills are a strong advantage.• Hands-on experience with any payroll systems will be a strong advantage.Location & Work Arrangement• Role can be based in Spain or anywhere within the EU.• Remote or hybrid working arrangement, subject to business needs.
