In this role, you will drive new business with key prospects in the short-term rental sector and manage end-to-end SaaS deals. You will work within a global Go-To-Market framework, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into compelling solutions. You will build and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline, forecast performance, and help scale Guesty’s presence across EMEA. This role offers impact through shaping how property managers optimize guest experiences and operations at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Identify and develop partnerships with key short-term rental prospects• Manage full sales cycle for complex SaaS deals from prospecting to closure• Position solutions by incorporating customer drivers and product relevance for persuasive presentations• Maintain and update sales pipeline and communications in Salesforce• Execute Guesty’s Go-To-Market strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa• Develop and implement a sales plan with forecasts and KPIs• Collaborate with Guesty HQ to report market insights and drive local strategy• Consistently overachieve quota and align with sales targetsResponsabilidades• 2+ years in a SaaS BDR/SDR role with quota achievement• Fluency in English, Spanish, xcskxlj and Italian; Portuguese a bonus• Ability to close complex deals and manage diverse business types• Previous sales methodology training and CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with multi-deal management• Travel/hospitality tech sales experience is a strong advantage• Entrepreneurial, independent, creative, and consultative selling mindsetRequisitos principales•
