As a Technical Lead we need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta oportunidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación.- Own and manage the demand pipeline, covering both enhancement and corrective changes.- Oversee production incidents, operational risks, and critical issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.- Lead and coordinate technical teams, challenging proposed solutions and driving high-quality outcomes.- Define, validate, and steer both functional and technical solution design.- Perform end-to-end systems analysis across processes, integrations, and dependencies.- Work closely with users, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment, progress, and delivery.- Drive a structured and sustainable evolution of the solution, with a strong focus on quality, stability, and execution.EXPERIENCE- At least 5 years of experience in similar position / role as requested.EDUCATION- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/Telecommunication engineering/Maths/…SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.- Proven experience in Project Management within complex technology environments.- Strong background in demand management and prioritization.- Previous hands-on development experience (Flink, Hazelcast, Schema Registry, microservices/springboot, spring framework & Java).- Experience in a technical leadership role.- Solid expertise in systems analysis.- Strong knowledge of payments, SWIFT, and liquidity management.- Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure, high-visibility environments.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and defend robust technical solutions across different stakeholder levels.OTHER INFORMATION- Interest in the latest trends, technologies and programming languages. xcskxlj - Team spirit, good communication skills, ease in interpersonal relationships.
