As a Technical Lead we need someone like you to help us in different fronts: - Own and manage the demand pipeline, covering both enhancement and corrective changes. - Oversee production incidents, operational risks, and critical issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. - Lead and coordinate technical teams, challenging proposed solutions and driving high-quality outcomes. - Define, validate, and steer both functional and technical solution design. - Perform end-to-end systems analysis across processes, integrations, and dependencies. - Work closely with users, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment, progress, and delivery. - Drive a structured and sustainable evolution of the solution, with a strong focus on quality, stability, and execution. EXPERIENCE - At least 5 years of experience in similar position / role as requested. EDUCATION - Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/Telecommunication engineering/Maths/… SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE - Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. - Proven experience in Project Management within complex technology environments. - Strong background in demand management and prioritization. - Previous hands-on development experience (Flink, Hazelcast, Schema Registry, microservices/springboot, spring framework & Java). - Experience in a technical leadership role. - Solid expertise in systems analysis. - Strong knowledge of payments, SWIFT, and liquidity management. - Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure, high-visibility environments. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and defend robust technical solutions across different stakeholder levels.
