Experteer Overview As Commodity Buyer, you will shape the procurement strategy for Production Material, securing cost-effective, sustainable supply agreements. You collaborate across functions to optimize costs, manage supplier risk, and drive value through supplier standardization and global sourcing. You’ll lead tender processes, demand planning, and make-or-buy decisions to support product manufacturing. This role sits at the core of Antolin’s sustainable, technology-driven interior solutions and global supplier network.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and execute commodity strategy to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement
- Manage supplier panel with global and best-cost sourcing
- Drive continuous cost optimization via value levers and tools
- Design and execute tendering processes from requisitions to award decisions
- Lead supplier negotiations and on-site supplier visits as needed
- Perform demand planning, forecast creation, and standardization of requirements
- Analyze supplier markets and report on purchasing developments
- Support Supplier Relationship Management and sustainability initiatives
- Assist in Make-or-Buy decisions and stakeholder data coordination
- Ensure compliance with Antolin proceduresResponsabilidades
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
- Min. 5 years of direct material purchasing experience in Automotive
- Experience with plastic components or resins and post-moulding processes (preferred)
- Advanced negotiations and communication skills
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive topic closure
- Ability to identify and mitigate supply risks
- Teamwork and resilience
