This is reflected by our team in Germany, France, Spain, and the UK.Your Contribution: Drive Growth in the US MarketAs a Customer Success and Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining a key relationship with our most important clients.Manage and nurture Fleet’s customer portfolio in the US market.Support customers in mastering Fleet’s solution by highlighting features tailored to their needs and responding promptly to requests.Collaborate with customers to implement account plans anticipating their future requirements.Internally monitor, optimize, and improve customer KPIs to drive satisfaction and retention.Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance teams.Assist in implementing tools and automation to accelerate and streamline operational tasks.Your ProfileThere is no formula for success except perhaps an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings.- Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin GroupWe learned that great entrepreneurs do not always follow traditional paths, which is why we want to hear from you regardless.
