Experteer Overview
In this role you will scale our Customer Success function while growing revenue from existing customers. You’ll drive cross-sell and up-sell across hardware and software for renewable asset management, guided by data and lifecycle signals. You’ll embed a commercial mindset in Support, improve asset performance for customers, and help achieve Net Revenue Retention through value-driven engagements. This is a chance to shape CS strategy and playbooks that unlock long-term customer value.

• Own cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the current base across hardware and software
• Identify growth opportunities using customer data and lifecycle signals
• Build, manage and forecast a pipeline of value-driven opportunities
• Establish and optimize the Customer Success function, workflows, and processes
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate follow-up with Sales and Support
• Contribute to NRR and expansion targets by enabling additional solutions
• Define and maintain playbooks/guidelines to empower Support in identifying opportunities
• Train and mentor Support to recognize needs, signals, and value positioning
• Act as trusted advisor on best practices, adoption, and strategic growth
• Collaborate with product, service and Sales to provide customer insights for improvement
• Monitor health and performance of installed equipment to ensure uptime and value
• Drive customer advocacy and long-term loyalty through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or consultative B2B sales in energy/renewables/tech
• Proven experience defining scalable cross-sell/upsell processes with clear metrics
• Experience collaborating with commercial, product and customer support teams
• Change management experience, embedding a commercially oriented mindset through training and coaching
• Experience with CRM and subscription-based models; Salesforce or ARR familiarity preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish
